Saffron For Intermediaries has launched new fixed rate mortgage deals on its occupational range of mortgages.
The fixed rates include the following:
Self-employed:
- 3.27% fixed to 31/01/20 up to 70% LTV
- 3.67% fixed to 31/01/20 up to 80% LTV
- 3.97% fixed to 31/01/20 up to 85% LTV
The above products have a £999 arrangement fee and ERC of 3% to 31/01/20.
Contractors:
- 3.37% fixed to 31/01/20 up to 70% LTV
- 3.67% fixed to 31/01/20 up to 80% LTV
- 3.97% fixed to 31/01/20 up to 85% LTV
- 4.17% fixed to 31/01/20 up to 90% LTV
The above products have a £999 arrangement fee and ERC of 3% to 31/01/20.
Professionals:
- 3.27% fixed to 31/01/20 up to 70% LTV
- 3.57% fixed to 31/01/20 up to 80% LTV
- 3.87% fixed to 31/01/20 up to 85% LTV
- 4.07% fixed to 31/01/20 up to 90% LTV
The above products have a £999 arrangement fee and ERC of 3% to 31/01/20.
