The Skipton Building Society has launched a new range of fixed rate mortgages.
The range of three and five-year fixes are available up to 95% LTV.
For example, a three year fix at 75% LTV is priced at 4.19%, 85% LTV at 4.69% and 95% LTV at 6.29%.
