The Coventry Building Society has launched a new residential range including fixed rate and Flexx for Term options.
New deals include:
- 1.79% Flexx for Term, variable rate, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee and no early repayment charges (ERCs).
- 1.89% Two-year fixed rate, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee, Early Repayment Charges (ERCs) 3% until 31.12.15 then 1% until 31.12.16.
- 3.29% Five-year fixed rate, 80% LTV, £199 booking fee, no arrangement fee, Early Repayment Charges (ERCs) 5% until 31.12.16, 3% until 31.12.18 then 1% until 31.12.19.
