New Shawbrook podcast on bridging and PDR

Shawbrook Bank has issued a new A conversation with Shawbrook podcast episode.

It is hosted by Shawbrook’s head of sales, Gavin Seaholme.

He is joined by Stephen Todd, chief commercial officer of VAS and Jo Breeden, managing director of Crystal Specialist Finance.

Tthe new instalment explores how Permitted Development Rights (PDR) and bridging will likely change the face of the high street. The rule changes have been positive for brokers post-Covid and the podcast looks at how this is impacting the face of the high street as we know it. The episode also touches on the prospect of how bridging can be used to help landlords improve their EPC ratings in the future.
