Newcastle Building Society has unveiled a series of new mortgage deals through Brilliant Solutions.
A new tracker rate product is at 3.49% above BBR until 30.06.14 with £195 reservation fee and £299 completion fee. It also comes with the ‘switch and fix’ feature which enables the customer to switch to any of the Newcastle’s fixed rate products during the tracking period without incurring an early redemption charge.
A new three-year fixed rate product is now at 3.95% to 30.06.2015 with a £195 reservation fee and a £495 completion fee.
A new discount product has been launched at 3.99% (2% discount) with a £195 reservation fee and £299 completion fee.
