Norton Home Loans joins New Leaf lender panel

Norton Home Loans has been added to the lender panel of network New Leaf.

Members of the network can now access the lender’s full range of specialist first charge mortgages.

New Leaf is a boutique network of 250 advisers. The business has been privately owned for almost two decades and promises its members “true independence”.

Norton Home Loans offers a range of specialist first charge mortgage to customers whose circumstances would see them rejected by other lenders for reasons including heavy adverse and non-standard construction properties. It also lends on Right to Buy, basing lending on the valuation not the purchase price.

The lender works directly with brokers, says it has a simple process and can walk brokers through an application.

Chris Nairn, mortgage compliance director at New Leaf Distribution, said: “Norton Home Loans provides a range of products which allows us to service a selection of clients who would find difficulty in obtaining finance elsewhere in the market. The service offering provided looks excellent and look forward to a long and rewarding relationship.”

Paul Stringer, managing director at Norton Home Loans, added: “We are looking forward to this relationship working for New Leaf and Norton alike. In today’s current climate we are glad to be able to offer unique lending opportunities and enhance our distribution through a great network in New Leaf.”
