Openwork appoints chief people officer

Openwork has added to its executive team with the appointment of Carrie Morris as chief people officer.

She will be responsible for all staff-related activity.

Morris (pictured) joins Openwork from AXA where she held the role of European HR director for the IT division and has experience from companies ranging from start-ups to organisations with 10,000-plus employees and spanning a wide range of sectors including telecoms, manufacturing, music and IT.

Her 30-year HR career started at Zurich Financial Services where she spent 10 years, and she has subsequently worked for firms including Auxillus, MixRadio and Apetito.

Her experience in supporting businesses and increasing employee engagement during times of growth will be invaluable to us as we continue to hone Openwork into an organisation that engenders happiness, purpose and pride in its people.”
