Openwork has announce the appointment of Mary-Anne McIntyre as chief executive officer (CEO).
She is currently chief operating officer at Openwork, a role she took up in August 2010 when she joined the business.
She will assume the role of CEO with immediate effect, subject to FSA approval.
McIntyre takes over from Martin Davis, who recently left the business to assume a position outside the distribution sector.
Before joining Openwork, she worked at Fidelity International, where she was head of customer services and strategic alliances. She has also held senior roles in companies including Amvescap, Perpetual and Deloitte.
McIntyre will have responsibility for growing Openwork’s proposition strategy.
Kate Avery, chair of Openwork, said: “Mary-Anne has now been COO at Openwork for almost a year and in that time has proved that she is an extremely capable and talented individual. We believe she will do an outstanding job in driving Openwork forward as we seek to prepare the business and
