OSB Group makes key personnel changes

OSB Group has introduced a new senior sales structure, designed to support its intermediary broker partners across Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and InterBay.

These changes include promotions for Simon Cockerill (pictured, right )who becomes group head of intermediary sales; Emily Hollands (pictured, centre) will take on a wider remit in her role as group head of distribution, while Marc Callaghan will continue as head of specialist finance but with a focus on InterBay and bridging.

All three posts will report directly to Adrian Moloney, group intermediary director (pictured, left).

In addition, OSB has introduced four newly created key partner roles that report into Hollands and focus on distribution channels at management level including networks, clubs, specialist distributors and key firms. Alongside this, Hollands will also head up the High Net Worth and Retention teams in recognition of the importance of existing customer needs in the current climate to both the bank and brokers.

Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries field and office based BDMs will report into Simon Cockerill. This move further supports the work undertaken in 2023 and aligns the sales teams under one lead. This brings aligned regional support to brokers partners which featured within their feedback relating to the support they need in the current market.

Meanwhile, the Specialist Finance team led by Marc Callaghan will report directly to Moloney as bridging and commercial sectors between Precise and InterBay.

Moloney said: “Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and InterBay all play a particularly important part in the specialist mortgage market.

“Equally, with their knowledge and expertise, Simon, Emily and Marc will be pivotal in using their expertise to help support their teams in bringing the best of their knowledge and experience to our intermediary partners.”
