The Mansfield Building Society has introduced new 95% loan to value mortgages.
The two new mortgages require deposits of only 5% with neither requiring parental or other guarantees.
Both products are available throughout Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire or South Yorkshire either direct from the society or via intermediaries.
The five-year fixed rate is priced at 5.75% with fees totaling £799 or alternatively a three0 year discounted rate is available at 5.39% with fees of £499.
Both products offer basic valuation fee refunds up to a maximum of £400.
There are limited funds available on these terms, however.
