It offers a range of specialist insurance products for landlords, including buildings and contents, legal expenses, rent guarantee and commercial property insurance.
Its main offering is its Portfolio insurance product, which enables landlords to take out one insurance policy for their entire portfolio of properties rather than a single policy for each individual property. Paragon claims this can result in “significant”” premium savings
