Pepper Money revises sales structure

Pepper Money has refreshed its sSales regions and team structure with the aim to provide brokers with improved face-to-face and telephone support.

This follows the arrival of Paul Adams as sales director and the expansion of the team so far this year.

The new structure creates seven regions across the country, each with its own dedicated regional development manager and telephone business development manager who will work in tandem to provide more targeted support to brokers in their area and help them find solutions for more of their interesting cases.

The new regions and their dedicated regional development managers are as follows:

Adams (pictured) said: “At Pepper Money, we now have the largest dedicated sales team in our history, which matches our growing appetite to lend in the specialist market. This is great news for brokers because it means they can rely on us to be available to support with expert knowledge just when they need it – so we can work as a true partnership.

“Whether your clients have CCJs, complex income, have failed a credit score, or just need a hands-on assessment to demonstrate their true maximum affordability, help is now just a phone call away.”
