Perspective Financial Group has acquired advisory practice Financial Connection.
The deal marks the second acquisition of 2012 for the national financial advisory group.
As part of the purchase the Oxted, Surrey-based firm will change its name to Financial Connection Wealth Management Ltd.
Financial Connection Wealth Management Ltd will continue to be managed by Jackie Lee-Lis. She is the only registered individual within the business. The firm has funds under management of £27 million and recurring income of £330k per annum.
