Platform allows brokers to upload documents

Platform has unveiled an upload document facility to its online application tracking system, clicktrack, which it believes will speed up the mortgage application completion process for brokers.

The Co-operative Bank’s intermediary lender said it made the change following broker feedback at the recent Platform Live events.

Brokers who utilise the clicktrack system will now be able to scan and upload documents including income verification and bank statements.

Also, all uploaded documents will be directly assigned to the underwriter dealing with the specific application and all documents will be viewable on the clicktrack system.
