Platform has extended end dates of its two year fixed buy-to-let and residential products to 31 July 2012.
The change by the Co-operative Bank’s intermediary mortgage lender will affect its range of buy-to-let, premier buy-to-let, let to buy and residential products.
All products in the buy-to-let, premier buy-to-let and let to buy ranges come with free valuation for purchases and remortgages and free standard legal fees for remortgages.
