Poynton Law has launched its new equity release case tracking system to intermediaries.
The system has been two years in development.
The specialist equity release law firm said the system has been developed to enable the process to become highly-automated which therefore helps Poynton Law to complete cases more quickly and efficiently.
Nick Stratford, managing director of Poynton Law, said: “We want to work with our partner intermediaries to enable them to complete equity release cases as quickly and compliantly as possible, while all stakeholders are being kept up to date on the case progress.
“The system ensures that the client is also notified at key stages throughout the process to reinforce the message that Poynton Law is efficiently working with them.”
