Precise Mortgages’ commission boost from Positive Lending

Precise Mortgages

Positive Lending is to pay introducers 1.50% for all completed Precise Mortgages’ bridging business introduced in July, August and September 2012.

The Bournemouth based specialist packager says this represents an increase of 0.50 percentage points in commission.

“We want the opportunity to package more quality Precise Mortgages business for existing and new introducers,” said Chris Fairfax, managing director of Positive Lending.

“By enhancing commission payable to introducers coupled with our status as a premier panel partner we believe our proposition is compelling.”

Alan Cleary, Precise Mortgages’ managing director, said: “Like our other premier panel partners, Positive Lending were selected for their experience and expertise in short-term lending. This opportunity gives introducers a chance to benefit from their service.”
