Connells Survey & Valuation has announced a valuations partnership with Precise Mortgages.
Precise will outsource its residential survey and valuation panel management to Connells under an exclusive long term contract.
The announcement follows Connells’previous appointment to manage valuations on Precise Mortgages’ short term lending business in 2015.
