Promise Solutions has added Manchester to its list of venues for its upcoming secured loan training seminars.
The roadshows are aimed at mortgage brokers who have not properly integrated secured loans into their businesses.
The half-day events are free for mortgage brokers and Promise introducers to attend and will cover a number of topics including regulatory issues; why brokers should offer secured loans; how to find more secured loan enquiries and how to use secured loans to gain and retain mortgage clients,
There will also be sessions on ‘quirky’ products, professional sourcing and compliance tools as well as an underwriting clinic which brokers are invited to bring their own cases to to discuss.
The roadshow will visit Wolverhampton on 25 November,, Brentwood on 26 November, Manchester on 27 November and Cardiff on 2 December.
Promise Solutions is also offering bespoke sessions to brokers who can’t make these dates.
Each event will qualify as CPD and will be from 9am – 1pm with coffee and sandwiches provided.

There is also training on the latest sourcing, sales and compliance tools. Done effectively secured loans can generate a significant income stream and help generate new mortgage opportunities.
“We know this can be a turning point for some brokers. We recently asked one of our introducers why his secured loan enquiries had suddenly increased sixfold. His response was ‘Now I’m doing it properly’.”
