The Mortgage Works (TMW) has made rate changes to its two-year tracker, stepped tracker and step down tracker rate mortgages for Residential and Guarantor customers.
Tracker rates include a two-year tracker rate available at 2.39% (BBR + 1.89%) up to 70% LTV for house purchase.
There is a 1.5% arrangement fee and no standard valuation fees.
Also, a two-year tracker rate is available at 2.84% (BBR + 2.34%) up to 70% LTV for remortgage.
There is a £595 arrangement fee, with no standard valuation fees or standard legal fees.
Fixed rates for the Residential and Guarantor mortgage ranges remain unchanged.
