TSB has revised interest rates on selected mortgages for first-time buyers, home movers and remortgage borrowers.
All interest rate increases and decreases are between 0.05 and 0.10 percentage points.
Changes include interest rate increases for the following:
- Two-year fixed (75-80% LTV), three-year fixed (75-80% LTV) and two-year tracker (75-80% LTV) mortgages for first time buyers
- Two-year fixed (60-80% LTV, 85-95% LTV), three-year fixed (60-80% LTV) and two-year tracker (60-80% LTV) mortgages for home movers
- Two-year fixed (60-75% LTV) and two-year tracker (60-75% LTV) mortgages for remortgage borrowers.
Cuts are as follows:
- Five-year fixed (0-60% LTV) mortgages for home movers
- Five-year fixed (0-60% LTV) mortgages for remortgage borrowers.
TSB continues to offer £750 cash-back for first time buyers (above 75% LTV), and has scrapped mortgage application fees for all customers.
