Redwood Bank reduces lending rates and ups LTVs

Redwood Bank has unveiled improved interest rates starting from 3.49% (plus base rate) for secured residential property lending and 4.49% (plus base rate) for secured commercial property lending.

The challenger bank has also increased its maximum LTVs up to 70% for commercial loans and to 75% for residential loans.

These changes are part of the Bank’s plans and commitment to facilitate greater lending options and to drive investment into and by SMEs.
