Roma Finance has expanded its team with two new promotions and multiple new appointments.
Jack Ainsworth and James Edwards have both been promoted to senior underwriter. Ainsworth (pictured) will manage the structured development cases, while Edwards will work on the newly launched RomaFLOW process channel.
The lender has also welcomed Adam Gibb as business development manager in the South West & South Wales and Farah Akhtar as underwriter. Gibb is a bridging and commercial specialist joining the business from the Specialist Finance Centre and Y3S. Akhtar has seven years’ experience in the financial services industry working at firms including Affirmative Finance.
Ainsworth said: “I started at Roma as a graduate and have received so much support and training which enabled me to work my way up to underwriter and now senior underwriter. Roma placed their trust in me and supported me in building my skills and confidence. The business has changed so much over the last two years and I am really pleased to have been part of the transformation; yet there is more to come.”
