Royal London has announced the appointment of Debbie Kennedy as its head of protection proposition design within its intermediary division (RLI).
Kennedy will join the company on 29 September and will be responsible for the leadership and direction of RLI’s protection proposition encompassing the Bright Grey and Scottish Provident brands.
Her remit will cover the key components of product, customer experience, underwriting, claims and reinsurance.
She has over 30 years’ experience across the life and pensions and reinsurance industry, with a particular focus on and passion for protection. She joins the company from Capita, where she was appointed managing director responsible for Capita’s professional services lines.
