Sale and rent back (SRB) firm Residential Property Solutions is offering to ‘help’ those SRB firms who have yet to receive full FSA authorisation, by fulfilling leads they have generated and paying them a commission on any such introduced business.
Currently there are fewer than 10 firms authorised by the regulator for SRB.
