Saffron For Intermediaries has launched three fixed rate deals for homeowners and first time buyers.
There is a three-year homeowner fixed rate, priced at 2.07%, fixed until 30/04/20 (then SVR with a minimum floor of 2% thereafter). It is available up to 80% LTV for house purchase or remortgage. It comes with an arrangement fee of £995.
The five-year fixed rate for homeowners is priced at 2.27%. Again it is available for house purchase or remortgage up to 80% LTV.
It comes with an arrangement fee of £1,495.
Both homeowner deals have a maximum loan figure of £1m. Loans are available on a repayment and interest-only basis. Interest-only loans are available up to a max 70% LTV and subject to an acceptable repayment strategy
Finally, the new deal for first-time buyers is available at 3.97% up to 95% LTV for house purchase only. There is no arrangement fee and the maximum loan figure is £500,000.
