Specialist property lender, Sancus, has appointed two new business development managers to expand its bridging finance division.
The two new hires are Emma Tempest and Saimir Kurti.
Sancus specialises in property bridging and development financing from £100,000 to £10m+ across the UK, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Gibraltar and the Isle of Man.
Tempest (pictured, right) is an experienced financial business development manager in commercial lending, product development and new business generation. Past roles include national commercial manager for Clever Lending and business development manager for Hope Capital and Together Money.
Kurti (pictured, centre) has experience in short-term lending in both the regulated and unregulated space, managing nationwide accounts and working closely with mortgage advisers, brokers, surveyors and solicitors. Prior positions have included the role of personal banker at Santander and more recently, business development manager for First 4 Bridging.
