Santander for Intermediaries is launching a new fixed rate product range tomorrow.
It is a 1.89%, 60% LTV, two year fixed rate mortgage with a booking fee of £1,495.
The lender claims its new product will “especially appeal” to homebuyers and remortgagors seeking a larger loan.
All Santander’s standard residential tracker mortgages, including Flexible Offset and Lifetime Tracker products, are now ERC free.
