Scott Thorpe has joined Access 4 Finance as a co-owner.
Access 4 Finance is a nationwide specialist broker which aims to provide intermediaries with financial solutions from secured loans and bridging finance to pension reviews and life insurance, along with a guarantee of a no cross sell policy
.
The firm has also pledged to give introducers a full breakdown of the processing cost on their commission statements.
“I am overjoyed that Scott has decided to buy into the business and judging from the overwhelming response we have had since the Manchester Mortgage Expo I believe lenders and especially brokers are delighted Scott has moved into ownership of a brokerage,” said Dan Barker, co-owner of Access 4 Finance.

“Dan has already created a strong brand for Access4finance however we believe we can take the brand and company up another few gears.
“Since joining the company we have done a lot of behind the scenes work getting processes and compliance in place, and making sure our brand new website including a case tracking facility is user friendly, which after vigorous testing by brokers we’re delighted to announce it is now ready.”
