Servicer opts for the cloud

Hatfield Philips International (HPI) has moved its loan servicing customer relationship management (CRM) system to a cloud based CRM solution.

The independent primary and special service says the move of its CRM software and database, which was traditionally hosted exclusively on internal servers, allows enhanced functionality, scalability and efficient use of computer resources across Europe.

The CRM solution is managed and securely hosted by Maxima.
