Sesame has unveiled an online forum to help advisers share ideas as they prepare for life post-RDR.
The forum enables advisers to discuss RDR-related topics, such as qualifications and moving to fee charging.
it represents part of a different approach to communications by Sesame, with its training and development programme also including a greater use of virtual events and online learning.
Stephen Young, chief operating officer at Sesame Bankhall Group, claims that by gauging adviser sentiment on a daily basis, Sesame will be able to respond more quickly to the evolving needs of its members.
He said: “Online business forums have risen in popularity and are ideally suited to the evolving RDR environment. It quickly and easily enables advisers to post any concerns and issues that we can then try to help solve. Members can also share their experiences and ideas with each other
