Commercial finance specialists Intermediary First is now accepting applications from Scotland for Shawbrook Bank’s commercial mortgage products.
The new lender will also now consider applications for mortgages up to £2.5 million on bespoke terms.
Shawbrook offer loans for commercial owner occupiers and investors in residential, semi-commercial and commercial property.
