The SimplyBiz Group has published details of its programme of support designed to help advisers prepare for the implementation of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR), and remain compliant post-December.
The SM&CR support proposition comprises online competency training, bespoke compliance visits, half and full day face-to-face events, a series of practical guides, a dedicated area of the site, and a suite of revised documentation.
Gary Kershaw, compliance director of the SimplyBiz Group, said: “SM&CR is one of the biggest regulatory challenges facing advisers this year, and we wanted to ensure that the firms who use our services have everything they need to prepare for the arrival of the new regime in December.
