SimplyBiz Mortgages has introduced a range of older borrower exclusives with the Marsden Building Society.
The deals are available for both purchase and remortgage.
The products include:
- Discount rates from 2.29%
- Fixed rates from 2.69%
- Interest only and repayment
- Free standard valuation up to £500,000
- Fees assisted remortgage legal option
