Specialist property debt adviser, Sirius Property Finance, has created a number of new roles.
In the last year, Sirius has grown its team by 35%, including recruitment in its commercial and structured finance teams, property debt advisory roles and several new case administrators to provide support.
As a result, the new lending team has already delivered more lending in 2021 than it did in the whole of 2020.
This growth has provided new opportunities for the existing team to support the ongoing development of the business. Craig Hardiman-Scott, formerly a senior associate in the structured finance team, has been named as head of sales, joining the Sirius management team and directly supporting managing director, Nicholas Christofi.
In addition, Leoni Alexandrou (pictured) has been promoted from head of operations to director of operations as she takes on a wider business role as part of the management team.
