Skipton International is increasing the procuration fees offered to all non-panel brokers to 0.60%.
The offer will apply to all new applications for Skipton’s UK expat mortgages, with the fee payable upon successful drawdown of the loan. Panel brokers will continue to receive a 0.75% procurement fee on all customers they introduce.
Skipton International says it has seen substantial demand for its UK expatriate buy-to-let mortgages since launching them in 2014.
Nigel Pascoe, director of lending, Skipton International, said: “Buy-to-let remains a very popular long term investment option for British expats and we are delighted to be able to pass on additional benefits to brokers through these products.
“We remain the preferred choice for a lot of brokers due to our attractive packages and prompt, efficient service.”
