SortRefer has boosted its conveyancing offering with the addition of five firms to its legal panel.
The Derby-based online business is expanding its servicing capacity as it prepares for anticipated annual growth of more than 200% in 2014.
SortRefer has added Martin Tolhurst of Kent, Telford-based Martin Kaye, Birmingham specialist, Davisons, PLS from Altrincham, and Stephensons, which has a major regional presence in the north-west of England and London.

Martin Kaye, PLS and Stephensons will cater for the sale, purchase and remortgage needs of SortRefer’s growing community of mortgage brokers and financial advisers, while Davisons and Martin Tolhurst will initially focus solely on sale and purchase transactions.
