SortRefer has launched a fixed price remortgage conveyancing product for £349.
In includes all fees required for a “straightforward” freehold remortgage in England and Wales.
Available now on the SortRefer portal, intermediary customers must be registered to quote and instruct the product.
Following recent feedback from its intermediary customers, SortRefer has created a product that includes a telegraphic transfer fee, to react to the fact that many lenders require this method of payment for the redemption of the existing mortgage.
