Mark Phillips has joined Source Insurance as the firm’s new operations manager.
Phillips, who joins the senior management team, previously worked in the intermediary division of AXA PPP Healthcare for more than 13 years.
Kevin Paterson, managing director of the Source said Phillips was a “terrific fit”.
Paterson said: “He has a great understanding of the needs of the broker market and brings with him a wealth of experience in delivering service excellence through resource and workflow management.
“It was clear throughout the selection process that this was someone who shares our philosophy of putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.”
Phillips cited the reputation of the Source for quality of service as a major attraction and said that he was excited by the opportunity to “take up the reins on such a strong team”.
