The Source have been awarded a two-star grading, achieving 89th place in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to work for in the UK, 2014.
Published by the Sunday Times annually, this award researches the people in all the organisations assessed to determine if they are in dynamic and fulfilling places to work, where their contribution is valued and makes a difference. The levels of workplace engagement required to make the grade as a ‘best company to work for’ are high, but bring significant business benefits.
