Whitehotproperty.co.uk has concluded that any return of stamp duty won’t impact as much as feared.
Following an analysis of its properties, the seller of chain free properties found that 49.3% of its properties on the whitehot property site are currently under the new returning stamp duty threshold of £125,000 planned for 2010.
