The Countrywide group has reported a 4% rise in the number of new properties coming onto the sales market.
This is the third consecutive monthly increase. The number of new properties available to purchase increased by 37% compared to Q4 2010
Countrywide said that overall the residential market in March remained relatively stable with “modest improvements in other key market indicators””
