Luxury asset lender, Suros Capital, has added specialist inheritance tax and probate advisers, Provira, to its introducer panel.
Provira provides probate and IHT finance advances to estate executors and beneficiaries. Where customers have inherited property, Provira can help them release part of the value in the property immediately before probate has been granted.
Following the partnership with Suros Capital, Provira can now help customers access funds secured against the value of the luxury assets which they have inherited.
