The Charlbury Group has launched a new series of reports within its arrears management system to measure the success of rehabilitating clients in arrears.
The Arrears Management System acts as a central hub, connecting lenders with a variety of their suppliers within the arrears management process including asset managers, solicitors and field agent firms.
Connecting via a central system supports a fast flow of instructions and returns independent management information upon which lenders can evaluate supplier performance.
The new management information suite is an extension to the data already captured from litigation solicitors. AMS: Litigation can now capture data from solicitors in respect of any payment arrangements made to avoid litigation.
Dave Ford, director at The Charlbury Group, said: “One of the key facets of the arrears management system is to create efficiencies within the arrears process and a large part of this is through the provision of independent management information.
“Some lenders use the skills of solicitors not just when repossession is inevitable but to utilise their professional communication skills to try to avoid repossession.
“It is therefore essential that this information is captured and evaluated as a part of an integrated arrears strategy.”
