Tenants vulnerable to ‘scraping’, ARLA warns

People are being defrauded out of thousands of pounds via illegal lettings websites. The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) has highlighted the practice of “scraping”” today as it warns tenants to remain vigilant.
