Tenet Group’s chairman, Lord Hodgson of Astley Abbotts, has stepped down from the board. He was non-executive chairman for four and a half years.
Martin Greenwood has become executive chairman and Mike O’Brien, managing director of TenetConnect and TenetSelect, has been appointed to the board as group brands director.
