Tenet has confirmed the appointment of Gill Davidson as group regulatory director and company secretary.
Davidson joined Tenet at the end of April and will be responsible for compliance policy and monitoring, legal services and company secretarial.
A qualified solicitor, who started her legal career with national law firm, Pinsent Mason, Davidson moved into the financial services sector in 2001 and has been closely involved in regulatory compliance since that time.
Her most recent role was secretary and general counsel at Coventry Building Society where she was responsible for compliance of conduct regulation, legal and governance arrangements.
Davidsonsaid: “The challenges and opportunities facing the financial advice sector make this an exciting time to be joining Tenet, building on its strong culture of regulatory compliance and innovation. I am looking forward to working with our many business partners.”
