TFC Homeloans has relocated its head office to Manchester city centre, within minutes of the mainline Piccadilly station.
The specialist distributor, which turns 25 this year, has been based in Warrington since it was launched in 1991.
Founding director Wayne Smethurst said: “It may only be 20 miles away but this is a massive move for TFC and we are hugely excited to be working in the centre of Manchester. The city is a powerhouse for business and finance, as well as being vibrant, creative and brimming with confidence. We can’t wait to welcome our business partners and industry colleagues to our new headquarters.”
Nigel Payne, managing director, added: “Moving into Manchester positions us perfectly for the next phase of our growth. We can attract the best people, we are easily accessible from across the UK and, along with our London office, are now based in two of the most exciting cities in the UK.
“This move is just one of the big plans we have for expansion during TFC’s 25th year as a specialist distributor.”
The TFC team is now based at TFC Homeloans, second floor, Boulton House, 17-21 Chorlton Street, Manchester, M1 3HY. Its New Cavendish Street, London office is unaffected by the move.
