The Finance Centre (TFC) has launched what it claims to be the first ever sale and rent back (SRB) panel for advisers in the UK.
The packager’s new panel currently features three providers – Residential Property Solutions Limited, National Homebuyers and Your Home 4 Life and is in talks to widen the panel over the coming months.
Advisers can now refer clients to TFC, who will assess their needs against the offerings of the panel providers. An adviser will talk the client through the process, and should a SRB transaction be the end result, a fee of up to 0.5% will be payable to the introducing adviser.
