The Buckinghamshire Building Society has removed the product fee and the application fee from its first-time buyer products.
The mutual offers a 95% LTV deal for first time buyers.
Tim Vigeon, head of lending at Buckinghamshire Building Society, said: “Getting on the property ladder can be an expensive business and our aim is to reduce some of those expenses by offering no product fee or application fee to all our first time buyers.”
The Buckinghamshire’s three-year discount and fixed products come with £250 cashback.
